Thank you to our residents for attending our 16th Annual Beach Party on Wednesday, 7/18, 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Newport Green Park! The amazingly talented Seff Slate Band performed the music of Stones, Dylan, Bowie, Petty, and more, all overlooking the spectacular NYC skyline!
