Chinah is providing a brand new authentic Chinese food experience in a fast-casual format. They offer a variety of Chinese entrees and sides originating from diverse parts of China. Every dish is made with healthy ingredients in a home-cooked style.

Established in 2018, Chinah was started by a bunch of guys frustrated that they couldn’t find the authentic flavors of Chinese cuisine at a price and level of convenience that New York City expects. After working a lot of jobs in the industry and being disappointed with the results, they decided to start out on our own.

With Chinah they really wanted to pay respect to authenticity and so we have precisely documented recipes and even the timing of steps within the cooking process in order to bring the flavors of China to your meal.
