Newport is dedicated to creating attractions for the Jersey City community. When the Newport Skates ice rink is closed during the summer, we transform this destination into a public park, featuring shaded seating and unique artist sculptures. Set on the northwest corner of Newport Parkway and River Drive, Elephant Park is right outside the doorsteps of Morton Williams, and only a few steps away from world-class shopping, dining and entertainment along River Drive.
