Franklin is a visionary high school opening in the heart of Jersey City in fall 2022, bringing a cutting-edge model of education enabling students to pursue their passions, carve their own paths, and have agency over their own future. We use applied learning philosophies to help students engage in their classes and understand concepts in hands-on ways, with a curriculum rooted in collaboration and flexibility. Our commitment to experience-based learning provides a particularly meaningful way for Franklin students to engage with, and appreciate, the cultures of the world, as they undertake close learning opportunities in our local community and the broader world around us, immersing themselves in new experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
